Yes. You can make changes as long as the order is not yet processed. You will receive an email if your order is being processed.

Our primary warehouse is in the USA, but some of our specialty items are shipped from other countries such as Australia, United Kingdom, and China to reduce cost and give our customers affordable deals!

Yes, we do. This only applies for defective, damaged, incorrect item received (unused).

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us at sales@atafire.com.

Once processed, shipping will take 4 to 7 days. You will also receive an email stating the approximate wait time.

It will take 3 business days to process and send your order however, we will do our very best to process it within 24hrs. You will receive an email confirmation as a confirmation that your order has been processed.

You will receive an email specifying the date range however it will normally take 4 to 7 business days for it to reflect in your bank account.
